Application

 

In order to have a complete application, we must receive:

  • A fully completed application form (click here to download) and,
  • A copy of the Income Tax Notice of Assessment for each adult.

    • Apartments are generally allocated in the order in which applications are approved after credit and reference checks and Leases are signed. Parking is allocated only upon signing a Lease.
