Patrick commenced his property management career shortly after receiving his Honours BA in commerce and economics from the University of Toronto 1983.

Initially involved in the residential and commercial accounting sectors of property management, he earned his Certified Management Accountant designation in 1986. In 1988, Patrick moved from the accounting field and joined Greenwin Inc. as a property manager.

Patrick’s finance and industry experience have earned him the respect of his peers and staff at all levels. Managing a wide variety of residential properties, he found social housing to be the most rewarding and has spent nearly 20 years in this field. Today, as Greenwin’s Senior Vice President, Residential Operations, Patrick is responsible for overseeing our blended housing platforms: Multi-Residential, Non-Profit Housing, Affordable Housing and Toronto Community Housing Corporation.

Olive Trifunovic, Senior Controller

Olive Trifunovic is a Certified General Accountant with more than 25 years of experience in the real estate industry. As Verdiroc’s Senior Controller, Olive takes a hands-on management approach to leading, mentoring and developing the company’s Finance and Accounting teams. Key corporate functions within this role include daily accounting operations, the preparation of budgets and monthly financial statements, and financial reporting to clients, joint venture partners and owners. She also oversees the implementation of accounting systems as well as efficiency-based upgrades.

Over the years, Olive has worked with a diverse mix of landlords, developers and managers – both public and private – like Yonge Eglinton Centre Management Services, Starlight Investments, Centurion Apartment REIT and Translgobe Property Management.

Olive is an avid music enthusiast and supports a range of animal-rights charities both national and international.

Ron Eilath, Chief Financial Officer

Ron Eilath joins Greenwin Inc. with several decades of senior level operational and financial management experience. He has held posts at both public and private organizations, including the position of SVP Finance/Chief Financial Officer for Shiplake Properties, Gamma-Dynacare Medical Laboratories, and Cabletel Communications Corp.
Ron has also served extensively in the non-profit sector. Most recently, he was Chief Financial Officer and Senior VP at the UJA Federation of Greater Toronto, one of Canada’s largest charitable organizations. There, he oversaw all financial entities, such as the Annual Campaign, the Jewish Foundation, and the Capital Campaign. He also oversaw the association’s construction/property management arm, which was responsible for approximately $250M of construction in the GTA.
Ron specializes in mergers and acquisitions, financing, operational efficiencies, financial management, and reporting. As Greenwin’s Chief Financial Officer, he is responsible for all financial and accounting aspects of Greenwin’s residential and commercial portfolios as well as budgets, processes, controls and the supporting IT systems.
Ron holds a B.A. in Commerce from the University of Toronto. He is a Chartered Accountant (Canada) and Certified Public Accountant (Illinois).

Moshe Ronen, Senior Consultant

Moshe Ronen, Verdiroc’s Counsel and Senior Consultant, advises the corporation and the Green Family on a variety of business, personal and philanthropic matters. He also oversees all activity in Public Policy and Government Relations, a sector of the business in which he is highly experienced.

Cary Green, Executive Vice President

Cary Green graduated from York University, with an Honours Arts Degree. He has been Verdiroc’s Executive Vice President since 1996.

Previously, he held other senior management positions with Verdiroc and related companies. Cary is responsible for the development and re-development of the Company’s properties for residential, commercial, industrial and mixed-use projects.

Kevin Green, President and CEO

Kevin Green is the President of Greenwin Inc., one of Canada’s largest residential property management firms. He has more than 25 years of experience in real estate at the executive management level, with a focus on acquisition, financing and development. He is also President and CEO of Verdiroc Development Corporation, Greenwin’s development arm.

Kevin is a tireless community leader. Current philanthropic roles include President & Chairman of the San Romanoway Revitalization Association, and President of The Oaks Revitalization Association. Both are social reform organizations that combine property management and social programming to increase the quality of life in the Jane/Finch corridor.

Kevin is also President of the Canada Israel Children’s Centers, an organization dedicated to bringing peace to the Middle East through coexistence.

He holds an Ontario real estate brokerage license and has a Bachelor of Science Degree from Florida State University, where he attended as a scholarship athlete.

Rob MacCuspic, Director of Asset Management

Rob joins Verdiroc with more than 25 years of experience in the real estate industry with roles in asset management, finance, and accounting, overseeing investments on behalf of both private and institutional investors. Over his career Rob has dealt with most every real estate asset class, in all stages of development and operation, and through several market cycles, including a significant number of workout situations.

Prior to joining Verdiroc, Rob spent 14 years with The Rose Corporation where he was involved in managing over $220 million of equity investments in some 80+ real estate development projects in a wide variety of asset classes.

Prior to Rose, Rob worked at Manzer Realty Advisors and Counsel Property Corporation.

Rob obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from St. Francis Xavier University and he is a Certified Management Accountant.

Rob hails from Cape Breton, Nova Scotia and is currently raising two young and active children. Rob has a passion for helping others and spent over 14 years as a volunteer director of a local charity overseeing its event management and fundraising efforts.
