  • 300 Units Condominium Building
  • Includes retail and commercial workshops at grade together with pedestrian mews
  • Will create a vibrant community with mixed tenure (Phase 1 Affordable Rental Units of various sizes and Phase 2 condo units of various sizes) plus the level of activity created by mixing retail and workshops with residential units
