Kevin Green, President and C.E.O.
Kevin Green oversees the real estate financing, property acquisition
and the day to day activities of Verdiroc and Green Realty Limited.
Kevin is also Vice President of Greenwin Property Management
and the Broker of Green Realty Limited and holds an Ontario
real estate brokerage license. He has a Bachelor of Science
Degree from Florida State University. |

Cary Green, Executive
Vice President
Cary Green graduated from York University, with an Honours Arts
Degree. He has been Verdirocs Executive Vice President
since 1996. Previously, he held other senior management positions
with Verdiroc and related companies. Cary is responsible for
the development and re-development of the Company's properties
for residential, commercial, industrial and mixed-use projects. |

Moshe Ronen,
Senior Consultant
Moshe Ronen, Verdiroc's Counsel and Senior Consultant, advises
the corporation and the Green Family on a variety of business,
personal and philanthropic matters. He also oversees all activity
in Public Policy and Government Relations, a sector of the business
in which he is highly experienced. |

John Bennoch,
Senior Construction Manager - Hospital and Medical Division
John Bennoch is a senior Construction Manager for Hospital and Medical Division,
and has performed this challenging role for over 18 years in many of the Company's
most technically demanding projects, including over 7 years at Mount Sinai
Hospital. He has over 27 years of industry experience in residential, commercial,
medical and industrial construction and graduated from the Glasgow College of
Building with a Higher National Diploma in Building.

Hanita Braun,
Director of Project Management Planning and Development
Hanita Braun is a graduate architect with almost 30 years of experience in
housing development, design, planning and project management. In the
mid-90's, she was General Manager of Fairgreen Homes, a Verdiroc company,
that developed and built non-profit housing. Some of those projects
developed at that time are profiled on this website. Hanita is responsible
for the Planning, Development and Project Management of Verdiroc's
affordable housing projects.

Michael Feldman,
Vice President of Operations
Michael Feldman graduated from York University with an Arts Degree
and also has a degree in Education from the University of Toronto.
Michael joins Verdiroc with 23 years of experience in Project Management, Negotiating, and Purchasing.

Jim Murley, Site
Superintendent
Jim Murley a Ryerson graduate, studied as a Civil Engineer before
applying his talents as a Construction Superintendent. With
more than 25 years experience, he oversaw various Verdiroc Projects
in the mid 90's including Mount Sinai renovations as well as
several of the company's non-profit housing projects. |
